Though they were not perfect, the Congressional Budget Office's predictions about Affordable Care Act enrollment and costs were still reasonably accurate, according to an analysis by The Commonwealth Fund. That's "reassuring," given the key role the CBO projections play in the formation of healthcare policy amid the ever-shifting variables of healthcare reform, the analysis says. Here's how some of the agency's estimates match up with that of other groups and with the actual figures:Overall, most errors in the CBO's predictions can be traced back to the fact that its estimates were made before taking into account the effects of the ACA, the analysis concludes.
Once it adjusted its estimates to account for healthcare prices being lower than expected and incomes being higher, the CBO's estimates came within 18 percent of the actual figures. The accommodations were incredible, even had the coveted room 202 at the Vik Icelandair Hotel!. My car and GPS were brand new, I was the 2nd person to use the car. It was an amazing trip, and when I come back I will use NV again. Excellent service from the word 'Go'.
At one point on the holiday there was a discrepancy between what was on our voucher and what the hotel thought were the arrangements for the evening meal, but after a quick e-mail from me she sorted it out there and then. Overall a great holiday experience, we were very pleased that after e-mail discussion with our consultant we changed our preferred vehicle to larger AWD type, in particular when travelling through the ice and snow.
We appreciated very much the map with hand written suggestions and all accommodation marked. The written itinerary was an excellent guide.
Combined with the GPS supplied meant we did not get lost. We thought the tour was very professionally organised and we had no problems whatsoever and would certainly recommend Nordic Visitor. However personally we like to travel a little slower and would have liked at least one more 2 night stay in a hotel, as we felt some days seemed too long by the time we got to our accommodation.
We didn't enjoy the Western Fjords as much as the rest of the country and if would recommend others to spend a similar number of days in Iceland but without visiting the Fjords.
The last day we felt was a bit of a rush to get the car back in time as we had an early flight the next day. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We were very impressed with the efficiency of everything which Nordic Visitor organised. The accommodation was varied and very friendly. The hand- annotated road map was especially useful. We saw things which we would not have found ourselves because they had been highlighted on the map or in the itinerary.
An especial highlight was the haycart puffin tour at Ingolshofthi. Car hire was also an efficient and quick affair, much better than our last car-hire experience in France. We had not realised just how large Iceland is and we would love to return to see the rest of the country. The overall organization was very well executed.
We had our reservations made everywhere we went, with pre-booked departures on the tours we wanted to take. This eliminated the deception of showing up at the counter and being told that the tour is full and not able to register.
It allowed us to benefit from every hour we were in Iceland. The small car was in good condition (Ford Focus). Great service, great suggestions.Top 10 Most Expensive Cheeses In The World
The map outlined and prepared for us was great, along with ideas and suggestions for each day. It was just enough. Thank you VERY MUCH. Guides on our tours were informative, interesting, and very easy to talk to with good senses of humor. Pick up times were prompt. The hotel was great and accomidating. The trip and services were outstanding. We loved Iceland and found the Icelanders to be extremely friendly people. I want to thank Cecilia, she was wonderful.
The trip was amazing, we had no problems while travelling and the hotel selection was good.As well, you can use your group as a venue for your members to network online. However, you must be careful not to make hard sales to your group. They may become leery about doing business with you.

To do this, I consider all observations to be events, no censoring. This works quite well in practice. I could not find any information in the vignette.
A couple of people have also suggested this feature to me. I'll put it on the long term todo list (I'm pretty busy in the next few months) but for reference, what exactly would you want this to do. For example it could behave like predict. In flexsurvreg, that could be the mean or the median of the fitted survival distribution, but a problem might be that these are not always available analytically, and numerical integration would be needed.
Generalized gamma: I think the mean has a complicated form, but you could get the median with qgengamma(0. In my case, y is say insurance premium, i. I have two covariates x1 and x2, e.
I model as above with the generalized gamma and flexsurv. I now want to predict the premium for new customers. When I do this as above with the matrix multiplication of the covariates I get a prediction not on the scale of the response, it is not dollars. I actually have no clue what that really is.
